Sometimes – It’s Ok Not to Be Ok

by | Oct 31, 2019

On World Mental Health Day, my son recently published a simple comment on Facebook and he said that actually mental health should always be talked about and that sometimes it’s OK to not be OK. He’s right, we cannot always be happy and content. Many of us feel low sometimes but it is OK to talk about it and it is OK to find a technique to help you cope. Much like him, I use exercise, often up in the mountains, to help my mental health. We should never underestimate how it is so important to look after the mental, spiritual as well as the physical side of life. But you know it is sometimes OK to not to be OK.
